Cancellations

You can cancel your order for free if done within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours but before shipping: A transaction fee is charged— 3.6% for credit card.

 

Returns

 

Eligible for return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Conditions: Item must be unopened, unactivated, unused, and in its original packaging with all components included.Return fee: A transaction fee applies (similar to cancellation fees noted above).

Return Process

 

Contact customer service to confirm eligibility.Once approved, they’ll provide return instructions and address details.If you return due to your own choice, you cover the shipping cost.If the return is due to error/damage from Mammotion, they cover return shipping.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after receiving and reviewing the returned product.You’ll get an email confirmation once processed.If you don’t receive a refund in that timeframe, Mammotion advises checking with your bank or card issuer, then contacting them if needed.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

First, check your bank account or credit card.If still missing, contact your card issuer or bank.If still unresolved, email Mammotion via their support channels.
